Reporting to the Business Development Manager the Fleet Account Manager is responsible for the overall service to our Fleet Customers. This also includes managing the relationship with our third-party dealers and workshops.
Fleet Operations: Oversee all operations for our fleet customers
Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the fleet operations
team and the workshop network Liaise with main stakeholders to ensure clear communication of service needs and workshop availability
Dealer Network: Manage relationships with third-party dealers and workshops to ensure consistent service quality across the network
Compliance: Ensure workshop quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Technical: Provide technical guidance and support for diagnosing mechanical issues and repairs if required
Training: Train team members on Forware Platform and implement best practices for workshop and Fleet management.
o At least 5-7 years of experience in fleet management, workshop service, or related roles.
o Hands-on mechanical experience
o Proven experience using A Fleet Management System or Dealer
Management Systems (DMS)
o Experience managing a dealer or workshop network would be highly advantageous
o Certifications in automotive repair preferred
o Professional certifications in fleet management or logistics preferred
